FREE AGENT REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Free agents placement starts 2-3 weeks before the tournament.
Free agents will be placed no later than the Wednesday before the tournament, as team needs change through the season due to injuries, conflicts etc.
The Tournament Director will reach out to teams see what their needs are and we give them a look by age group, position and skill level of Free Agents.
They then connect the team with the parent of the free agent and make sure the free agents' availability is still good and that they accept the appointment.
Then we move them to the team confirming the appointment.
IF your player is NOT selected we REFUND IN FULL.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
SATURDAY: Pool Play for Seeding
Each team will play 2 pool games on Saturday.
Games will be 44 minutes in length.
The results of these pool games will determine the seeding for Sunday's elimination rounds.
SUNDAY: Single Elimination Bracket Play
All Teams will enter a single-elimination bracket based on their Saturday seeding.
Games on Sunday will be 50 minutes in length.
The results of these pool games will determine the seeding for Sunday's elimination rounds.
